AccessNI helps organisations in Northern Ireland to make informed recruitment decisions, by providing criminal history information about anyone seeking paid or unpaid work in defined areas.
The Coach oversees recruitment, dealing with new packages and overseeing the CareMatch Community Leader.
Employers can check the criminal record of someone applying for a role. This is known as getting a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (in England & Wales).
Once you are ready to download the CareMatch Apps, our IT dept will either send you a link to download the app or if you are experiencing any problems, just let them know and they will contact you to lead you through the process.
At CareMatch you are in complete control of the hours and days that you work.
At CareMatch we create Communities and Care Hubs. A Care Hub is a group of individuals who look after a client. They include where appropriate the client, family members, the team of selected carers and where possible a health or social care professional. The Hub enables all advocates to discuss client outcomes, message each other to share important information and keeps everyone involved in a clients’ care package up to date, wherever they may be.
The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) is the independent body responsible for monitoring and inspecting the availability and quality of health and social care services in Northern Ireland, and encouraging improvements in the quality of those services.
